Background

Eskenas.com was originally created in 2002 providing interested collectors with high quality Iranian banknotes. To expand the site into other areas of Persia art and collectibles, a new design was introduced in summer of 2006. The new eskenas.com expanded it’s product line and venture from being a general community website to an e-commerce operation which provides collectibles including rugs, books, coins and medals for those interested in history of Persia.

Shipping

Items are shipped within 3 days of sale date unless a backorder is in place. In most cases, U.S. post office priority mail is utilized with a delivery confirmation where available. High valued items such as expensive coins or banknotes, are shipped via U.S. registered mail. Insurance is optional and it is the buyer’s decision to inform the seller.

Return Policy

If buyer is not satisfied with a purchased item, he or she can return that item within 5 days of the delivery date. The returned merchandize must be in it’s original condition as it was purchased and without any damages being done to it. The buyer must insure the returned item for the value of the goods being returned. Seller will refund the money which was received though the sale of the returned merchandize once the item is delivered back to the seller. The buyer is responsible for the return mail and insurance cost.
